Travis Vengroff is the producer and co-founder of Fool & Scholar Productions who found an introduction to audio editing in 2010. After producing eight studio albums Vengroff found his love for dramatized audio stories in 2014. As these audio dramas became more successful, he formed Fool & Scholar Productions with his wife and co-creator, K.A. Statz.

Vengroff has won awards for direction, music, production, innovation, and sound design for the podcasts he’s worked on. His search for authentic sound has taken him to the forests of Central America, the black beaches of Svalbard, and the rural mountain villages of Japan.

Vengroff and Statz have led audio-storytelling workshops at renowned industry conventions, festivals, and summits around the world including MCM London Comic Con, The London Podcast Show, Yellowknife International Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, New York Comic Con, U.S.O., TEDx, and many more.

He is also the editor, sound designer, and director of all Fool & Scholar productions.
