FAQ

  • Our most commonly asked question! When Vengroff and Statz met they were playing a card game called Werewolf. In this game Travis drew the “Fool” card and it’s part of the reason they met! Additionally, when Statz first started writing podcasts she was attending the University of Oxford on a full scholarship as a “Frost Scholar.” The titles stuck and when combined they became Fool & Scholar.

  • Yes! Fool & Scholar was founded by K. A. Statz and Travis Vengroff and is still run by the same duo. A lot has changed and they have grown since the company was first founded, but it’s still them calling all the shots and doing the majority of the work!
